Where to find a charging station for electric vehicles?

I was driving the other day

and noticed that there is a charging station for 전기자동차(Electric Vehicles)!

Electric-vehicles are gaining popularity worldwide

and its market is growing fast!

Must be because of its environment-friendliness and cost effectiveness

(compared to the fossil fuel driven cars)

Korean government is also encouraging its people to purchase EVs.

Each local government has different level of subsidies provided,

so you'd better check out carefully before getting one!

If you are already an owner of the EV, this might come in handy.

When you want to search for a nearby charging station,

visit this site: http://www.ev.or.kr/portal

and click on "Finding a Charging Station"

You can see the map of Korea like above!

Click on one of the charging station location

and you will get in-detail information such as address, contact number, etc.

Starbucks Earl Grey Lemon Frozen Tea

Have you been to Starfield Goyang?

A giant shopping mall has opened recently

near Samsong station (Line 3)

There are a total of 4 Starbucks stores in Starfield Goyang

two stores on the 1st floor and another two on 3rd.

I stopped by the Teavana Inspired Store on the 3rd floor

and found out that there are certain menu which you get only in this Teavana store!

(Please note that these are available in Starfield Hanam too)

These are the special beverages in the picture below:

I tried the first one: Earl Grey Lemon Frozen Tea (Iced)

You can see how they make your drink in the Teavana tea bar.

You can even try their tea blends.

They were serving Hibiscus blend that day.

A combination of mint, lemon, tea and aloe vera in your mouth!

It was very refreshing, after a long walk and shopping

but the cost of this drink is evil 😈

2017 서울세계불꽃축제

Yeouido Han River Park (Hangang Park)

Every year, there is a big fireworks festival in Seoul during September ~ October.

The festival is held by Seoul City and Hanhwa group

and there are teams from Korea, USA, China, Japan and so on,

participating with their own unique and beautiful designs!

Watching the fireworks is free of cost!

But then you need to be an earlybird and find a good spot well in advance :(

The fireworks are happening in Yeouido

so any place nearby would do

Here are some of the snaps I'd taken from two different locations:

This was from Mapo Bridge (마포대교) in 2012

I had to stand and watch from the road (which I'm not supposed to!)

but the view wasn't bad at all.

I could get some nice snaps ;)

This was from the Rainbow Bridge or Seonyudo Bridge in 2014

The Rainbow bridge was FULL of people,

I could barely move an inch *sigh*

and the view wasn't so great :(
